I5 problem an opinion please

I just bought an i5 processor 2400, but apparently it's pretty noisy, it just cooler 'rumble' in case .. it is normal to operate at 3000-3089 rpm?? asus bios so I look in and the temperature is somewhere at 38-42c. It's pretty hot or ok? I worry that it might have trouble this stock cooler waiting for a reply please!

May I say you know the problem from the start have more achizitionieri avuto cooler that comes is not enough, buy a more powerful cooler especially if you're overclocking.

Temperature matters stand quite well on other remain above 60 degrees cooler of the box.

So solving the problem another cooler: P

Have you somehow installed a program for CPU fan? I know that once I used a dumb software from Asus to turn the fan to maximum even after uninstall it. You can adjust the BIOS but I do not know exactly what steps.

If is too much noise (more noise but more safe) You need to set in bios a lower speed and this is a video tutorial with exactly a i5 processor
