Toshiba Thrive - Tablet PC with Android 3.1 Honeycomb officialy launched

Thrive Toshiba Tablet PC was officially announced and will be available on the market starting next month for a price that starts at 429 dollars, coming bundled with few accessories.

Japan's Toshiba have officially launched Thrive Tablet PC, the device came equipped with a 10.1 inches display with 1280x800 pixels resolution, Android 3.1 Honeycomb, a dual-core CPU NVIDIA Tegra2 at 1GHz, 5 Megapixel camera and a rear 2 Megapixel video, miniUSB port, HDMI-out port, a docking station connector and a USB 2.0 full-size.

In terms of its size looks good, measuring 272x175x15 mm, and housing is available in several colors, the back is rubberised, which allows for better handling and avoid inesteticelor fingerprints. Also, Tablet PC comes with Dock Station, stereo speakers with SRS technology and a leather case. Prices start from $ 429 for the 8GB version, that is $ 479 for 16 GB and 32 GB version costs $ 579.
