If you have a weapon with some magic then from time to time you need to recharge it with a soul gem. To do that you need to have soul gem ..you can buy one from mechants and then select your weapon and then press T then Enter and the weapon will be charged , depinds of gem soul power, but we have guide gameplay so...watch it.
