Tip acquisition Canon 70-200mm L f4 or f2.8?

     I want a Canon 70-200mm Class L, I found 2 options so far

     Canon EF 200mm f/4.0L USM 70-Year not know, around the amount of 2000 lei or Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L USM at small price difference f, but the year of manufacture is 2001 and some traces of wear on it (which I do not mind), it works ok from what I was told

     Technical differences between the two objectives I know, my sample of 2.8 esta year, do you think this is major?

Well depends what you want to use.

If it's crucial work in low light events, which is indispensable when it's clear choice 2.8.

For example if you pull out the light or in studio and still close to F5.6 ... 8 then, erythema f4 version.
