An earthquake with magnitude 7.4 occurred Thursday evening in the Aleutian Islands, west of Alaska, said U.S. Geological Survey Institute. For now, no information about casualties or damage.

Tsunami warning center for Alaska and western U.S. coast (WCATWC) launched a warning asking people living on the coast to "immediately move inward in the highlands and to stay away from all the sea ports and arms."
The earthquake occurred on Thursday evening at 18.09 (Friday, 06.09 GMT), the Fox Islands, 163 kilometers east of Atka port and about 1,680 miles west / southwest of the main town in Alaska, Anchorage, said American Institute of Geological Survey, in a statement.
