Hello gamers, this guide is about how to obtain a bulletproof vest for enforcers.

What you need to do actualy ? to play the game..but if you dont know how , you will get kevlar in much long time, but if you follow this guide you will get the vest quite easy and quicly than other players.

First you need to go in Waterfront district and to Pledge with Chung-hee

Remember ..every time when you enter in the game dont forget to pledge to him.

After you complete pledge with Chung-hee at level 10,(maxed out) now you need to pledge with Stu Phoenix...again maxed out level is 10.

Now after you have level 10 with Stu ..go to Financial District and Pledge to Darryl Kent...but you dont need to make lvl 10...just one level, then you can go in Social District and buy the Slim Bulletproof Vest.
